JOB DESCRIPTION

TITLE: Pool Side Server/ Bartender

DEPARTMENT: Food & Beverage

REPORTS TO: Outlets Manager

Job Overview

Serve casual food and Beverages poolside to members and guests, in a fast paced environment.

Work Environment

The Boar's Head Sports Pool

Essential Job Functions

  • Take guest orders using IG system and guest name.
  • Manage pick-up process and deliver orders poolside to guest
  • Complete basic surface level cleaning as well as other deep cleaning projects within the Bar, dining area and storage areas.
  • Complete opening/closing procedures such as picking up/dropping off money from the Front Desk at the Inn, counting drawer, opening IG and wiping down tables, countertops, etc.
  • Keep dining area stocked with condiments and snacks.
  • Remove trash on a daily basis.
  • Clean/mop within the service and Bar area.
  • Change soda syrups when needed.
  • Maintain and complete an inventory stock list at all times.
  • Handle money properly
