Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients warmly in person and by phone; check patients in and out for their appointments
- Manage scheduling, including proactively contacting patients to fill schedule openings
- Coordinate treatment planning and assist patients in understanding their care recommendations
- Process co-pays and confidently answer patient questions regarding general practice policies and insurance
- Obtain and maintain accurate patient health histories, ensuring records are updated at each visit
- Record patient charting and doctor notes as directed
- Support the administrative team in daily office operations
What We're Looking For
- Prior dental office experience preferred
- Proficiency with Dentrix practice management software a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- A positive, cheerful attitude and impeccable work ethic
- A collaborative, team oriented mindset and genuine passion for patient care
