Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents. Eligible employees also may receive other benefits (including various paid time off benefits, such as vacation and sick time), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

- POSITION SUMMARY:** The Vice President, OPS Data Transfer, Integration & Quality is a pivotal role within the Operations Data and Process Architect function, focusing on optimizing data transfer processes and ensuring data integration and quality across operational functions. This position supports BNY's strategic pillars and principles by fostering operational excellence and enhancing data-driven decision-making. The role demands an innovative mindset to drive process improvements and align with organizational goals, ensuring data integrity and seamless integration within the operations architecture. **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:** - Lead the design and implementation of data transfer strategies by demonstrating expertise in operational data architecture to optimize data flow and integration. - Develop and enforce data quality standards to ensure accuracy and reliability, supporting BNY's commitment to operational excellence. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data-related issues, enhancing overall data integrity and efficiency. - Monitor and analyze data transfer activities to identify opportunities for process improvements, driving innovation within the operations framework. - Implement best practices in data management and integration, aligning with BNY's principles of collaboration and client-focused service. - Provide insights and recommendations on data-driven strategies to support decision-making processes across operations. **EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:** - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Computer Science, or Operations Management. - Advanced degree preferred. **EXPERIENCE:** Typically 5-10 years of experience **SKILLS:** - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and drive process improvements. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and influence stakeholders. - Proficiency in data management tools and techniques, ensuring high-quality data transfer and integration.
