We’re seeking a future team member for the role of AV Events Tech to join AV Events and Design team. This role is located in Pittsburgh.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Operates, troubleshoots, and maintains AV production equipment on a day-to-day basis including control room, production workspaces, video and audio equipment
- Conducts technical logistic consultation and information gathering and documentation
- Demonstrates customer service with follow-up and follow-through on incidents
- Assists AV Operations team with troubleshooting of video conference equipment and systems
- Executes hybrid events/meetings using webcast platforms such as MS Teams, Webex and GlobalMeet.
- Experience in audio systems and live sound mixing/maintenance such as wireless lavaliers and handheld systems
- Adept knowledge and understanding of video routing systems and signal flow
- Proven problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
