Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents. Eligible employees also may receive other benefits (including various paid time off benefits, such as vacation and sick time), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, the employee will be in an “at will” position and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payments or compensation programs) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
- POSITION SUMMARY:** The Specialist, Investor Services Operations Representative is an integral part of the Transaction Processing team within the Investor Services Operations job family. This role is focused on ensuring seamless transaction processing and providing high-quality service to clients. The Specialist serves as a key contributor in achieving BNY's strategic pillars of operational excellence and client satisfaction. By upholding BNY's principles of integrity and accountability, the Specialist fosters a culture of trust and reliability, enhancing the organization's reputation and client relationships. **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:** - Process and verify transactions efficiently by demonstrating expertise in transaction processing systems and protocols. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements through meticulous attention to detail and adherence to established guidelines. - Collaborate with team members to resolve transaction discrepancies, utilizing strong problem-solving skills and analytical capabilities. - Maintain client records accurately by employing a thorough understanding of data management practices. - Proactively identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and client service. - Support the team in achieving service delivery goals by contributing to a collaborative and dynamic work environment. **EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:** - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. - Professional certification in transaction processing or a related discipline is advantageous. **EXPERIENCE:** 0-5 years of experience **SKILLS:** - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure accurate transaction processing. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively within the team. - Detail-oriented mindset to maintain compliance and accuracy in transaction records.
