Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Provide comprehensive client service by managing complex client inquiries and issues, ensuring timely resolutions aligned with client expectations.
- Coordinate and oversee operational processes related to client transactions and reporting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and operational processes, demonstrating expertise in client operations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and organizational policies to ensure compliance in all client interactions and processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in client service, operations, or a related function.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage and resolve client issues effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams to drive operational efficiency and enhance client service delivery.
