We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Client Operations to join our Custody Client Operations team. This role is located in Everett, MA.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
The Custody Client Operations Associate supports day-to-day custody processing and client servicing activities. This role helps ensure that transactions, operational requests, and client-related matters are handled accurately, timely, and in accordance with established procedures and controls. The Associate works closely with internal teams and supports the resolution of routine operational issues while contributing to a high-quality client experience.

The Custody Client Operations Associate supports day-to-day custody processing and client servicing activities. This role helps ensure that transactions, operational requests, and client-related matters are handled accurately, timely, and in accordance with established procedures and controls. The Associate works closely with internal teams and supports the resolution of routine operational issues while contributing to a high-quality client experience.
Role Summary
- Support daily custody operations, including transaction processing, settlements support, reconciliations, and exception monitoring.
- Respond to routine client and internal operational inquiries related to custody activities.
- Investigate and resolve standard operational breaks, mismatches, and processing issues.
- Monitor assigned queues and workflows to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to service levels.
- Escalate non-routine or higher-risk issues to senior team members or managers.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, operations, or a related field.
- Experience or foundational knowledge in financial services, custody operations, securities services, or client operations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
