We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice Service Delivery General Management Manager to join our team. This role is located in Westborough MA.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Manage a unit area in Service Delivery, overseeing multiple large projects with a high level of impact on operations aligned with Global Service Delivery business goals.
- Allocate resources to align with business objectives and annual plans, setting departmental priorities and developing a shared vision and strategy to optimize team execution and performance.
- Ensure work produced meets and exceeds product/service quality standards.
- Recruit, direct, motivate, and develop staff to maximize individual contributions, professional growth, and effective teamwork; provide timely and critical feedback.
- Develop and implement new processes and policies for the assigned area and ensure operationalization by subordinate teams.
- Complete intricate problem resolution and manage financial and human resources responsibilities for assigned teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required; advanced/graduate degree preferred.
- 7-10 years of total work experience preferred, with at least 1-3 years in management.
- Service delivery experience preferred.
