- Amplify Global Head of Wealth ’s leadership capacity by translating vision into disciplined execution, ensuring the right priorities receive time, talent, and capital
- Centralize cross-functional coordination across Wealth to remove friction and accelerate high-quality decision-making
- Enable the Global Head of Wealth to focus on strategy, clients, and talent without sacrificing execution rigor
- Own the executive operating cadence (staff meetings, business reviews, board/executive materials).
- Oversee cross‑functional initiatives and transformation programs; ensure milestones, outcomes, and ROI are achieved.
- Develop compelling executive narratives, briefings, and updates for internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as a focal point for senior leader engagement across BNY platforms, practices, and hubs.
- Manage confidential and sensitive topics with discretion and executive presence.
- Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- 10-12 years of total work experience preferred.

Salary : $102,000 - $200,000
