We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, Sales Performance & Operations to join the North America Distribution team. This role is located in New York.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Develop and maintain automated data workflows, datasets, dashboards and visualizations to support reporting and analytical needs across Investment Management.
- Partner with business and sales stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into practical data, reporting and analytics solutions.
- Analyse, reconcile and monitor data from internal and external sources, troubleshooting issues and implementing fixes to maintain data quality and accuracy.
- Use SQL, business intelligence and visualization tools to extract, analyse and present complex data in a clear and accessible way.
- Provide analytics and market intelligence to support business development, client segmentation, sales strategy and ad hoc requests from client-facing teams.
- Support the implementation of new technologies, reporting processes and analytical methodologies, while sharing expertise with less experienced colleagues.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience; an advanced degree in a quantitative or STEM discipline is advantageous.
- Relevant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting or a quantitative/technology-focused role, ideally within Investment Management or financial services.
- Strong SQL skills with experience developing automated workflows, datasets, dashboards and data visualizations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working across multiple data sources and maintaining high standards of data quality.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into data solutions and explain analytical findings to non-technical audiences.
