The Senior Specialist, Product Management will support Securities Finance product strategy and execution by translating client, market, and regulatory inputs into roadmap priorities. Partner across stakeholders to deliver scalable, controlled, client-focused capabilities and drive readiness and adoption.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents. The Senior Specialist, Product Management will support Securities Finance product strategy and execution by translating client, market, and regulatory inputs into roadmap priorities. Partner across stakeholders to deliver scalable, controlled, client-focused capabilities and drive readiness and adoption.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Support Securities Finance product strategy, roadmap planning, prioritization, and execution.
- Gather and refine requirements, user needs, process improvements, and supporting product materials.
- Partner with technology, change, operations, risk, legal, compliance, and control teams to deliver governed enhancements.
- Analyze client feedback, usage trends, service metrics, and market/regulatory developments to identify opportunities.
- Support business cases, go-to-market readiness, communications, training, client messaging, and adoption.
- Maintain documentation, monitor performance, and participate in cross-functional forums to drive execution and stakeholder alignment.
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Experience in product management, securities finance, capital markets, or related financial services domains.
- Knowledge of securities lending, collateral, financing workflows, market infrastructure, and client servicing models.
- Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional initiatives in complex, highly controlled environments.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance growth, risk, client needs, and operational considerations.
