Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents. We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Client Success to join our Client Service Practice team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Support the development and deployment of service-related communications for clients to inform, align and drive adoption of key initiatives
- Partner closely with service teams and other internal stakeholders to support client education and training strategies tied to business initiatives and change events
- Maintain and track alignment across enterprise initiatives impacting client experience
- Contribute to the execution of the Client Service strategy across Platforms
- Develop executive-ready materials to communicate progress of Practice initiatives
- Collaborate across teams to foster a culture of accountability, partnership and continuous improvement
- Support strategic transformation initiatives focused on improving the client experience and operational effectiveness
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in client service, training, communications or strategic transformation initiatives
- Experience with cross-functional initiatives and collaborating with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to analyze problems, prioritize tasks and execute in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and other presentation or collaboration tools
