Job Summary:
The AML/KYC Onboarding Analyst supports client profile remediation and onboarding activities to ensure accounts and documentation are aligned with current KYC/AML policy standards. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can execute assignments with minimal to no errors while supporting operational workflows related to client onboarding, account maintenance, and compliance reviews. Working under guidance, the individual will coordinate with internal teams to complete documentation, monitor progress, and help ensure a seamless client experience throughout the lifecycle of onboarding and profile updates.
This role operates in a hybrid environment, with 4 days per week in office at the Pittsburgh location.

Key Responsibilities:
- KYC/AML Review & Remediation: Update client profiles to meet current policy standards, ensuring KYC and AML due diligence requirements are completed accurately and thoroughly.
- Client Onboarding & Account Management: Support the preparation, opening, maintenance, and closure of client accounts, including review of account opening documentation and verification that no pending activity or balances remain before account closure.
- Data Analysis & Quality Review: Reconcile, analyze, and review incoming and outgoing client data to ensure accurate translation to platform requirements; perform quality checks and escalate discrepancies as appropriate.
- Operational Coordination: Manage assigned daily workflow activities related to onboarding, transitions, and conversions, including tracking regulatory, compliance, and documentation requirements.
- Project & Stakeholder Support: Coordinate with internal departments and support teams to complete tasks on time, communicate progress, and escalate issues or delays that could impact deliverables.
- 1–3 years of professional experience in client onboarding, operations, or data analysis
- Bachelor’s degree required (advanced degree preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of KYC and AML requirements
- High attention to detail with the ability to complete assignments with minimal to no errors
- 4 years of KYC/AML onboarding and due diligence experience
- Prior exposure to client transitions or conversions within financial services
- CAMS certification preferred
- Proven ability to manage deliverables independently and escalate issues effectively
- Experience in a client-facing or project management support role
