What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director, Product Solutions Specialist position at BNY?
We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Director, Product Solutions Specialist to join our Deposit Enablement Group within the Liquidity & Margin Platform. This role is located in Pittsburgh.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Identifies opportunities, shapes the design, and orchestrates the end-to-end delivery of initiatives that span multiple Enterprise and/or Client Platforms.
Focuses on providing scalable solutions to meet complex client and internal stakeholder demands. Build and articulate business cases. Surface and resolve blockers that impact delivery.
Operates across the organization to manage the delivery of complex technology initiatives involving multiple Platforms. Align stakeholders and act as the connective tissue across all functional areas.
Provides deep domain and regulatory expertise for Deposit capabilities and DDA systems.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Deep understanding of Core Banking and Deposit capabilities, client solutions, and regulatory requirements.
Proven success in managing all aspects of highly complex programs and projects.
Communicate with clarity, tailoring message to executive, technical, and client facing audiences.
Experience operating in a global environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Strong experience in Data Products and AI based solutions.
Proficiency in Agile and enterprise delivery frameworks and governance.
