Job Summary:
We are seeking a Compliance Associate – Anti-Corruption & Third-Party Risk to support the Financial Crimes Compliance team within a highly regulated financial services environment. This role will assist with anti-corruption, due diligence, pay-to-play, and third-party compliance initiatives while supporting broader compliance operations and audit-related activities.
The position will work closely with senior compliance leaders to help manage requests, monitor data, support policy coordination efforts, and assist with ongoing compliance processes tied to anti-bribery and corruption (ABC) programs. This is a hybrid opportunity based in Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL, and Washington, D.C.

Key Responsibilities:
- Compliance Operations Support: Assist with day-to-day anti-corruption and compliance-related operational activities, including responding to requests, coordinating follow-ups, and ensuring action items are completed on time.
- Expense & Data Monitoring: Monitor expense-related data and support compliance reviews tied to gifts, entertainment, third-party relationships, and other anti-corruption controls.
- Third-Party Due Diligence: Support due diligence requests related to third parties, vendors, and business relationships, including gathering and organizing required documentation.
- Audit & Reporting Support: Assist with internal and external audit requests by pulling documentation, gathering compliance-related information, and supporting reporting needs.
- Policy & Process Coordination: Help maintain and publish compliance policies and procedures while supporting ongoing process improvement and coordination efforts across teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Operations, and business stakeholders to support compliance initiatives and administrative coordination activities.
- Analytical & Administrative Support: Assist senior team members with less complex anti-corruption and compliance matters while helping maintain organized tracking, reporting, and workflow management processes.
- 2–5 years of experience within compliance, risk, operations, corporate security, legal support, or a related function within financial services or another regulated industry.
- Experience working within a financial institution or regulated corporate environment with an understanding of compliance processes and organizational structure.
- Strong Excel and data-handling skills with the ability to organize, review, and interpret information accurately.
- Experience processing requests, tracking action items, or coordinating operational/compliance workflows.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills with the ability to coordinate across teams effectively.
- Ability to learn compliance concepts related to anti-bribery and corruption (ABC), pay-to-play, and third-party due diligence activities.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required depending on experience level.
- Exposure to anti-bribery and corruption (ABC) compliance programs.
- Experience supporting audits, due diligence reviews, or policy management activities.
- Background in corporate security, compliance operations, or financial services support functions.
- Experience working with regulated workflows, compliance tracking tools, or reporting processes.
- Familiarity with VISA-related expense or transaction processes is a plus.
