This role supports application testing activities for asset movement and retirement-related platforms within a financial services environment.
The position focuses on executing test scenarios, validating system functionality, and supporting Agile delivery teams to ensure accurate, high-quality releases that reduce operational and client risk.
This is an onsite role (5 days/week) in Lake Mary, FL, offering hands-on exposure to Agile testing practices, financial services processes, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
- Agile Testing Support: Participate in all Agile ceremonies including PI Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Demos, and Retrospectives.
- Test Execution & Validation: Create, execute, and document test scenarios focused on accuracy, usability, risk reduction, and client impact across asset movement and retirement applications.
- JIRA Story Review: Review and validate JIRA stories and acceptance criteria to ensure test coverage aligns with business and technical requirements.
- Defect Tracking: Identify, log, and track defects, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with testers, developers, product owners, and scrum masters to understand scope, timelines, and testing priorities.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear documentation of testing outcomes, discussions, and progress, providing updates during sprint activities.
- Multi-Tasking & Prioritization: Manage multiple testing efforts simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced Agile environment.
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1–3 years of professional experience
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and pivot quickly
- Comfortable working in a team-based Agile environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel
- Prior testing or QA experience
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Experience with JIRA
- Background in financial services, operations, brokerage, or retirement platforms
- Strong interest in learning financial products and systems
