We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Client Service Associate to join our Wealth Solutions team. Senior Client Service Associate resolutions of complex issues that require multiple departments or extensive decisioning due to risk, complexity, compliance, or financial exposure. This role is based at home.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Leading resolution of issues handed over by from Client Service Leads and Client Service Experts, developing and communicating resolution plan and anticipated timeline as needed
- Coordinating with multiple teams and stakeholder groups, internally and externally, to ensure resolution of moderate to highly complex operational or technical issues
- Directly responding to clients to clarify issues, provide interim updates as needed, and provide final resolution of issues or questions
- Keeping abreast of key contacts, processes, and business developments across the organization
- Leading and participating in internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experience, including identifying and recommending opportunities across multiple clients; helping develop process improvements
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
- Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred
