We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Production Services Infrastructure Support to join our Tech - Production Services team. This role location is in Lake Mary, FL and Pittsburgh, PA.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Lead infrastructure operations by implementing industry best practices and leveraging advanced technologies to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize infrastructure solutions, demonstrating expertise in production services.
- Oversee incident management and resolution processes, ensuring minimal downtime and maintaining service integrity.
- Analyze performance metrics and trends, providing strategic insights and recommendations to enhance infrastructure efficiency.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements by maintaining comprehensive documentation and audit trails.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Professional certifications in relevant technologies or infrastructure management are preferred.
- Professional certifications in relevant technologies or infrastructure management are preferred.
- Typically 6-10 years of experience in infrastructure operations and production services management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
