We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Client Operations Manager to join our Custody Client Operations team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Overview: We are seeking an AI/Ops4Ops Lead to accelerate scalable execution across CCO by applying AI and digital tooling to optimize capacity and improve operating leverage. This role blends strong business acumen with hands-on technical skills to design, implement, and iterate solutions that drive measurable outcomes. The Lead will proactively upskill, scan for high‑impact opportunities, and partner across stakeholders to deliver value quickly and responsibly.
Role Requirements
Identify, prioritize, and deliver AI and digital tooling use cases that improve scalability, capacity optimization, and operational efficiency within CCO.
Translate business objectives into actionable solution roadmaps, requirements, and success metrics; maintain clear backlogs and delivery plans.
Build, configure, and integrate AI/automation assets (agents, workflows, APIs, data pipelines) with strong documentation, test coverage, and controls.
Establish lightweight governance for responsible AI usage (risk, controls, monitoring) and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
Lead discovery and value assessment: baseline current-state, quantify impact, and define KPIs; implement ongoing performance monitoring and iteration.
Partner with business, risk, technology, and operations teams to ensure end‑to‑end adoption, change management, and measurable outcomes.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, operations, or a related field.
7 years in operations, risk, or technology roles with a track record of delivering automation/AI solutions that improved capacity or cycle times.
Hands-on experience building and scaling AI-enabled workflows or digital tools in a regulated environment.
Familiarity with process optimization (Lean/Six Sigma), hypothesis-driven experimentation, and KPI instrumentation is a plus.
