We’re seeking a future team member for the role Specialist, ETF Services, to join our Integrated Middle Office Solutions team. This role is located in Boston, MA.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Serve as a lead for the day-to-day operations of a small- to medium-sized client processing support team, providing work direction and technical assistance on complex matters.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and help communicate needs and issues internally with operating areas and externally with clients.
- Participate in processing updates to client accounts and company records to ensure they are managed correctly and in a timely manner.
- Handle complex client inquiries and requests, investigate escalated and/or complex problems, and support business and technology managers.
- Work with technology and systems teams to ensure system efficiency and incorporate necessary risk mitigations.
- May allocate and check work of other team members and support supervisory review and approval actions.
- Support the achievement of team objectives.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
- Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
