We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Director, Sales Partner/Deal Manager to join our Asset Servicing team. This role is located in Boston, MA and New York City, NY.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
The Sales Partner operates as a core member of an integrated deal team, responsible for driving commercial oversight, execution discipline, and outcome delivery across strategic, complex, and high-value deals within Asset Servicing
Proven ability to lead complex, strategic, high-value transactions, including RFPs and non-standard deals
Working in close partnership with Sales, Relationship Management, Product, Legal, Risk, and Operations, the Sales Partner ensures alignment, rigor, and consistency across all stages of the deal journey—from RFP or pricing receipt through mandate.
Strong background in:
Asset servicing business model, products and services
Solutioning and commercial structuring
Pricing strategy and negotiation
Managing deal escalations to protect revenue and client outcomes
Brings practical, execution-oriented leadership with credibility across stakeholders
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor's degree in STEM degrees, or equivalent work experience with experience preferred in related fields; advanced degree preferred
- 10 plus years of experience in a related field with a minimum of 2-4 years’ experience managing staff and contributing to hiring needs; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus
· Extensive experience in Asset Servicing, with a strong understanding of products, operating models, and client needs
· Proven track record of successfully leading or managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals from origination through close
· Strong commercial acumen, including pricing strategy, negotiation, and deal structuring
· Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments
· Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
