We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Director, Change Management Manager to join our Enterprise Onboarding Platform team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
• Leads and manages a medium-sized to large team of Change Management staff to successfully implement client and client-related projects.
• Promotes the Change Management function across the wider business and ensures adherence to governance standards and project methodology.
• Leads and controls highly complex projects, programs, or multiple portfolios of change covering the full lifecycle.
• Coaches and develops direct reports, managing performance, talent, and career development processes.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• 10-15 years of total work experience preferred with at least 3-5 years in management preferred.
• Knowledge of the various functions within financial services/asset servicing industry is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead teams effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in people leadership, including performance management and talent development.
