We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate Product Analyst to join our Enterprise CRM, Client Service Insights and Data Analytics team. This role is in Lake Mary, FL and Pittsburgh, PA.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Discover, plan, and deliver ECRM products built on Dynamics 365 CRM, focusing on Project Operations and Client & Service Communications (Customer Insights – Journeys) applications.
- Client Coverage & Service Enablement as part of overall Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Write user stories and plan for delivery in an Agile based Organization
- Engage with Business and Engineering teams to analyze, prioritize, groom and deliver business requirements so that measurable business value can be achieved
- Perform analysis on stories and issues in collaboration with Engineering Partners
- Support in testing new functionality and configuring the system for Proof of Concepts
- Continuously learn about Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform so that CRM features can be evangelized and adopted at BNY
- Develop relationships with end users and other stakeholders so that products can be developed in partnership
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or computer related fields
- 1-2 years of total work experience in CRM preferred
- Experience engaging with internal or external clients with ability to understand, articulate, plan, triage and deliver business needs will be essential
- Ability to address ambiguities and present a clear solution suitable for enterprise-scale applications.
- Good written and verbal communication skills required
