We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Client Service I to join our Wealth Management team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Work directly with external clients to resolve day-to-day issues and guide them to the appropriate resources within BNY.
- Support clients by addressing operational and technical questions or issues, ensuring timely and accurate execution of requests.
- Apply problem-solving skills using precedence and experience to deliver high-quality service to a specialized client base.
- Provide clients with information about BNY products and services across a limited number of lines of business and geographies, directing them to the right resources as needed.
- Monitor client inquiries and escalate non-routine or complex issues to the appropriate team members.
- Track and document general client issues and needs to support business development efforts.
- Participate in internal initiatives aimed at improving the overall client experience.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 0-3 years of total work experience preferred.
- Experience in an operational area and/or client services is preferred.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and internal teams.
