Job Summary:
This role supports Entitlements and related Operational Functions within the NetX Investor platform. The position focuses on creating and managing investor access credentials, supporting account cleanup initiatives, and assisting with regulatory and audit-related operational processes. This is an entry-level to early-career opportunity ideal for a reliable, motivated individual looking to build a foundation in financial services operations.
The role is hybrid (4 days onsite) in Lake Mary, FL.
Key Responsibilities:
Entitlements & Access Management: Create and maintain NetX Investor IDs, enabling secure client access to account information.
Operational Support: Assist with projects related to orphaned and unmanaged accounts, including supporting account transitions off the platform.
Returned Mail Processing: Review, code, and resolve returned or undeliverable mail to prevent accounts from becoming abandoned.
Audit Support: Support returned mail processes by supplying account statements and documentation to auditors.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with onshore and offshore teams to manage urgent or high-priority requests.
Documentation & Accuracy: Ensure accurate data entry and adherence to internal operational procedures and controls.
Qualifications:
Associate’s degree or higher required
1–3 years of professional experience (entry-level candidates welcome)
Strong reliability and attendance
Ability to learn new systems quickly and work both independently and within a team
Basic computer proficiency required
Preferred Experience:
Prior customer service or administrative experience
Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word)
Interest in building a long-term career in financial services
Flexibility to support rare weekend work if required
