Job Title : Mechanical Project Manager
Location : Albuquerque, NM
Position Overview :
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Project Manager to join a mission-critical project team in Albuquerque, NM. This role offers a unique opportunity to manage smaller projects or lead portions of larger, complex projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Ideal candidates will have a background in mechanical contracting or GC MEP roles with experience working for a mechanical subcontractor.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage small-scale projects or specific portions of larger projects.
- Build and maintain client relationships by providing regular project updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Oversee budget reports, cost and revenue projections, and change orders.
- Lead project meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ensure project scope, direction, and milestones are on track and in alignment with goals.
- Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of project tasks.
