Leader of Social & Brand Marketing
This is a high impact role where a variety of candidates with varying professional backgrounds may be well suited. The final job title and leveling for this role will range between Manager and Director levels. The final job title and level (and thus compensation and job expectations) will be determined by the relevant professional experiences and related skill sets of the hired candidate.

Your Duties & Responsibilities Include:
Brand & Campaign Strategy
- Evolve the brand voice, visual identity, and creative standards across all touchpoints.
- Lead brand campaigns from concept to launch—working closely with creative, growth, product, and merchandising teams.
- Build clear brand frameworks to ensure consistency and resonance across every customer-facing moment.
Social Media & Content
- Oversee organic social strategy and execution across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and emerging channels.
- Balance trend-driven content, product storytelling, and community engagement.
- Track content performance through platform analytics and UGC engagement, using data to optimize reach, engagement, and conversion.
Community & Creator Strategy
- Build and nurture a thriving brand community through both digital and in-person experiences.
- Develop scalable ambassador, affiliate, and creator programs that drive brand awareness and revenue.
- Use community insights to inform product, content, and campaign strategy.
Events & Activations
- Plan and execute brand activations, product launches, influencer events, and pop-up experiences.
- Maximize each activation for content creation, press coverage, and earned social.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure every event drives brand love and business impact.
PR & Communications
- Oversee press strategy across product, brand, and executive visibility.
- Manage agency partners and internal resources to secure coverage and amplify milestones.
- Build strong relationships with editors, stylists, and media partners to tell our story effectively.
Email & Text Marketing
- Lead lifecycle marketing strategy across email and SMS—from welcome flows and product drops to content-driven engagement.
- Collaborate with growth teams to optimize segmentation, timing, and messaging. Leverage insights to increase open rates, click-through rates, and retention.
Measurement & Optimization
- Set KPIs and regularly track performance across social, email/SMS, community, and creator campaigns.
- Use data to inform creative and strategic decisions, ensuring everything ties back to growth and retention goals.
- Report on progress with clarity, from top-of-funnel awareness to bottom-of-funnel conversions.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and inspire a growing team across brand, social, influencer, and community functions.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, creative, and ops to ensure a seamless brand experience.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and performance with precision and ownership.
- Easily wear multiple hats as needed in a fast-growing startup environment
Your Experience and Skills include:
- 5 years of experience in brand, social, or lifecycle marketing at a digitally native e-commerce, or fashion-forward brand.
- A builder and operator—you can drive vision and roll up your sleeves to execute.
- Strong background in content strategy and consumer engagement.
- Highly creative with a sharp aesthetic eye and deep intuition for what resonates culturally.
- Experienced in affiliate/creator marketing and community building.
- Proven track record leading campaigns that connect brand and business outcomes.
- Passionate about fashion, emerging trends, and building the next era of consumer experiences.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; can patiently and effectively communicate with a diverse and multicultural group of peers across time zones and continents. People are inspired by you, and you are a continuous beacon of our values internally and externally.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive compensation, including generous equity in a well-funded environment. The salary range for this position is dependent on the hired candidate’s job level. Overall range for this role is $115,000 - $180,000 (USD), with the higher portion of the range being reserved for a Director level.

Final compensation, title, job level, duties and expectations will depend on relevant factors such as the candidate’s professional experiences and skill sets. Location may also impact final compensation.
