The Leveraged Loans team manages AUM of €11bn through CLOs, dedicated mandates and open ended funds for international clients, the portfolio manager is responsible for investment selection in the portfolios in line with risk and return profiles. The portfolio managers works in collaboration with investment analysts and traders, according to portfolio risk returns profiles. He is managing portfolios, mandates, and funds with a focus on liquidity, risk assessment and investment performance in the various vehicles.

- Work on portfolio strategy to create appropriate risk/return profile for current and potential investors (CLO, funds and mandates). Portfolio construction, running hypothetical trades and orders in compliance with procedures.
- Assist in building model portfolios with the rest of the portfolio management team for new CLOs and Mandates.
- Use data analysis to help with portfolio optimization, trading strategy, generate market views and marketing materials.
- Work with credit analysts to develop credit views, develop trade ideas, perform sector and portfolio reviews and make trade recommendations.
- Assets sourcing and in primary and secondary markets, liaising with banks and private equity sponsors in line with established controls and procedures.
- Participation and vote (if needed) in investment committees and portfolio monitoring . Work in close collaboration with EUR team.
- Identification and implementation of tactical portfolio adjustments based on market conditions, liquidity considerations and relative value.
- Daily fund monitoring: assets, cash, prepayments. and guidelines

- Reporting/ frequent communication on strategies/constraints/objectives/management performance of funds to ensure transparency and alignment between investments search and needs. Presentation of the performance of the funds and CLOs quarterly to Alt Credit management.
- In collaboration with the Business Development team, contribution to Marketing, fundraising and investor relations: marketing materials preparation, client meetings, RFP answers, regular and ad hoc reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
- Tools & Systems: Collaborate with Transaction Support & IT, set-up and development of standardized management tools reliable (provider sourcing briefing, coding formula checks, tests)
- Support to team and other actions: internal and external reporting (for management, BU, Risk & Compliance), database updates.
- Risk and compliance standards pro-active interaction and checks
- Strong credit analytical skills, accountancy knowledge, financial modelling forecast and financial valuation
- Deep knowledge of banking products, and technicals
- Understanding of investment structure options and constraints (ie structured vehicles like CLOs vs opened funds)
- Experience in CLO management and loan funds
- Team spirit oriented/Active contribution to team development

- CFA,CAIA,MBA would be a plus
