Responsibilities
- Record engaging video content featuring salon services, client interactions, and behind-the-scenes moments during busy days at Bnails.
- Confidently speak on camera to introduce services, explain trends, and share salon stories that resonate with our audience.
- Interact naturally with clients during their appointments to capture authentic testimonials, reactions, and experiences (with their permission).
- Brainstorm creative content ideas that showcase our salon's personality, services, and team culture.
- Capture trending social media formats (Reels, TikToks, Stories) with fresh and innovative approaches.
- Work collaboratively with the Bnails team to understand content goals and brand messaging.
- Be comfortable filming during peak salon hours while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, viral formats, and platform features to keep our content relevant and engaging.
- Provide raw footage to our editing team with clear communication about content concepts and goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience creating video content for social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.); a portfolio of your on-camera work is highly valued.
- Confident and comfortable speaking on camera with excellent communication skills and natural charisma.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to make clients feel comfortable and engaged during filming.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas that capture attention.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments and ability to film during busy salon hours.
- Understanding of what makes video content perform well on social media platforms.
- No video editing skills required—we have a dedicated team for post-production!
- Reliable, punctual, and professional with a positive attitude.

- Comfortable using smartphones or basic recording equipment for content capture.
