Job Description: ACCOUNT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE
Responsibilities include but not limited to answering telephone calls regarding customer account information, inquiries, problems, concerns, and general questions. Also responsible for transfers via phone, stop payment requests and statement requests.

Job Duties:
Job duties include but not limited to answering switchboard; verify, enter, create and maintenance accounts (checking, savings, certificate of deposits, individual retirement accounts and debit cards); assist customers with account information and general questions (mobile and internet banking, bill pay, and debit cards ; initiate stop payments, statement request and transfers via phone; sort, scan, index and file important documents; balance accounts; submit ACH files; process official checks and money orders; process reclamations and verification of deposit accounts; assist branch personnel'
