- Interfacing between onsite production and design in Germany for the areas of powertrain, driving dynamics, digital, and electrical harness.
- Analyzing and problem-solving of design-related issues affecting production.
- Hands-on support with line trials, concept validation, and implementation of hardware changes.
The qualified intern should expect to contribute & improve in the following functions:
- Directing problem-solving teams within the plant as a design representative.
- Running and steering projects and problem-solving teams to address unforeseen production challenges.
- Steering and organizing line-trials in collaboration with design and production.
- Keeping our team Confluence (Wiki) content up to date.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
Qualification:
- Engineering degree (mechanical or automotive preferred).
- Effective communication skills.
- Analytic and problem-solving skills.
- Organizing talent.
- Openness and determination in finding and implementing the best solutions for BMW.
