Role Description
The Client Advisor role is a full-time, on-site position located in North Haven, CT. This position is responsible for guiding customers through the car buying process, from initial inquiry to final delivery, while ensuring satisfaction at every step. Daily tasks include understanding customer needs, providing detailed product knowledge, assisting with financing options, ensuring a smooth purchasing experience, and maintaining ongoing relationships with clients to offer continued support and services.
Qualifications
- Strong client relations and customer satisfaction skills to build connections and deliver exceptional experiences
- Proficiency in communication and customer service to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns
- Basic understanding of insurance processes related to vehicle purchases
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client interactions and follow-up tasks efficiently
