Job Summary: Responsible for preparing records, reconciling warranty claims, and submitting warranty claims to the factory and distributors in accordance with Company guidelines.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Processes warranty claims in accordance with Manufacturer Guidelines.
- Verifies criteria required by factory or distributor.
- Posts credits received for payment of warranty claims.
- Prepares CSI documents.
- Maintains warranty parts for scrapping or refund in accordance with Manufacturer Guidelines.
- Follows up with the factory and distributors regarding unpaid claims.
- Files warranty documentation and maintains records as necessary.
- Maintains CSI at or above Company standards
- Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area
- Participates in required training
- Records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system
- Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.
- Demonstrates the Company’s Core Values
- Complies with Company policies and procedures
- Observes all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties.
- Other duties as assigned

The Warranty Administrator Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $24.00 and $30.00
