What To Expect
BMW of Morristown is seeking to fill a full-time position for the BMW Product Specialist role (also know as a BMW
Genius). As a Full Time BMW Product Specialist, you will have the fantastic opportunity to grow valuable skills in interpersonal relationships, leadership, and problem solving in the automotive industry.
No Experience Required; training will be provided

What You'll Do
• Perform new vehicle orientations for clients with clear explanations on all key vehicle features upon delivery.
• Perform Encore Deliveries. Follow-up with clients 1-2 weeks after their new vehicle delivery in ensure that are satisfied with their service and answer any questions they may have.
• Assist clients both in-person and over the phone.
Clients may stop in or call with questions about their BMWs at any time. It is the goal of the BMW Genius team to successfully help these clients by answering any and all questions that they have.
• Perform test drives. This includes being knowledgeable of the current dealership inventory, presenting key features, and leaving a positive impression on customers with an outstanding test drive that motivates their purchasing decision.
• Maintain My BMW App and Encore Delivery take-rate percentages.
