🚗 Own the customer journey by managing the entire portfolio, including lease-end opportunities, retail customers, Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) expirations, equity positions, warranty milestones, and maintenance reminders.
💌 Be the trusted BMW connection by reaching out, checking in, and creating meaningful conversations with our valued clients.
📈 Help drive customer loyalty and achieve our 68% loyalty goal by delivering an experience customers can’t wait to return to.
🔄 Guide customers through lease returns and inspections with confidence, professionalism, and a smile.
🎁 Deliver vehicles and paperwork, as needed, ensuring every handoff feels like a BMW moment.
🤝 Jump in and support the Sales Team when needed, including vacations, illnesses, and busy seasons.
📝 Partner with the Business Office by assisting with paperwork, customer documents, and administrative tasks.
💻 Keep customer information updated and organized using dealership systems and CRM tools.

$80,000 – $175,000 annually (depending on experience) performance opportunities
