As the primary connection between our guests and service technicians, the Service Advisor plays a vital role in creating an outstanding ownership experience. This position combines customer service, technical knowledge, and sales skills while helping clients maintain their vehicles at the highest level of performance and safety.

Compensation: $44,568 - $100,000 per year

What You'll Do

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and maintain high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all service and repair needs.
• Schedule appointments and accurately document customer concerns.
• Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure proper diagnosis and repair recommendations.
• Educate customers on necessary repairs, maintenance, and preventative services.
• Set and manage customer expectations regarding repair timelines and costs.
• Ensure all repair orders and documentation are accurate, complete, and compliant.
• Build lasting customer relationships through trust, transparency, and professionalism.
• Stay informed on BMW products, services, accessories, and industry trends.
• Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and professional development opportunities.
• Assist in mentoring and supporting new team members.
• Consistently meet or exceed personal and departmental performance goals.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Automotive service advising experience or dealership experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Basic computer and internet proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years of BMW dealership experience.
• Experience with luxury automotive brands.
• Broad automotive mechanical and electrical knowledge.
• Tekion DMS experience.
• ASE certifications.
• Bilingual abilities.
• Experience working in a performance-based compensation environment.
