Responsibilities
- Perform off-site BMW maintenance, light repairs, and recall campaigns at customer locations
- Provide BMW Roadside Assistance repairs, including battery, tire, and minor mechanical support
- Execute mobile service appointments efficiently, accurately, and professionally
- Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and guests for clear status updates and expectations
- Complete myKaarma multi-point inspections and video walkarounds when applicable
- Adhere to all BMW service, safety, and customer care standards
- Represent the BMW brand with professionalism and integrity at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an automotive technician (BMW or European experience preferred)
- Minimum age 25 and clean driving record
- Proficient in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
- Ability to operate BMW ISTA and other electronic diagnostic systems
- Strong customer service mindset and ability to interact professionally on-site
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Independent, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Computer-literate and comfortable with digital systems
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Physical Demands
- Must be able to lift and move up to 40 pounds
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
- Ability to work outdoors and in varying environmental conditions
- Must be able to safely operate service vehicle and equipment
