Schedule
- Tuesday through Friday: 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and provide a professional, welcoming service experience
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service needs
- Create repair orders and communicate service recommendations clearly
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely updates
- Keep customers informed on repair progress, timelines, and additional service recommendations
- Review completed work with customers and ensure satisfaction at delivery
- Maintain accurate records and service documentation
- Support the service department in delivering a high level of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- Prior dealership experience required
- Previous experience as a service advisor preferred
- CDK experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented approach
