We’re seeking luxury-minded, enthusiastic, and professional Client Advisors to join our BMW Bloomington sales team. Responsibilities

  • Build strong client relationships and ensure exceptional satisfaction

  • Ask thoughtful questions to understand client needs & recommend the right vehicle

  • Conduct luxury vehicle demonstrations & test drives

  • Deliver vehicles while presenting features, warranties, and paperwork with professionalism

  • Maintain expert-level product knowledge on features, technology, accessories, and inventory

  • Collaborate with service & body shop departments to ensure timely reconditioning

  • Attend sales meetings and training (dealership & manufacturer)

  • Prospect new leads, follow up with past clients, and encourage referrals

  • Understand and comply with federal, state, and local laws governing retail auto sales

  • Promote dealership service department quality and value

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing industries preferred

  • Passion for delivering a luxury-level customer experience

  • High-energy, outgoing, and professional personality

  • Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills

  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

  • Must pass background check & drug screen
