We are seeking an experienced Service Writer / Service Advisor to join our BMW & Triumph motorcycle dealership. This position is ideal for a seasoned advisor who understands dealership operations, delivers premium customer service, and can confidently manage a fast-paced service department.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for service customers
- Accurately write and manage repair orders from intake to delivery
- Clearly explain maintenance, repairs, estimates, and timelines
- Coordinate daily workflow with technicians and parts department
- Ensure warranty and manufacturer requirements are properly documented
- Upsell recommended maintenance and service work ethically and effectively
- Maintain high CSI and customer satisfaction standards
Required Qualifications:
- Previous service advisor/writer experience required (motorcycle, powersports, or automotive dealership)
- Valid motorcycle endorsement/license required
- Strong understanding of service department processes
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to handle high customer volume and multitask efficiently
- Computer and dealer management system experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
