- Wash and or Detail Customer and Dealer automobiles
- Maintain a clean and operational workstation
- Interact with customers and employees with a high level of customer service skills
- Works cooperatively with the sales team
- Updates customer records as needed
- Assists in the dealer exchange of vehicle process
- Participates in customer satisfaction process
- Participates in customer retention process
- Excellent communication skills
- Outgoing and positive demeanor
