You will be the primary contact for all prospects, residents and vendors. We will train you in our policies and procedures but expect you to use your experience in Customer Service, Sales and Administrative Tasks to ensure that our prospects, applicants and residents are assisted promptly and professionally.
We are looking for someone who has a passion for providing exceptional customer service, has an upbeat and outgoing personality and comes to work every day with a positive attitude and a smile! The perfect candidate will be a motivated, independent worker with experience and a proven track record in Sales, Hospitality or the Property Management field.
The position entails a combination of:
- Sales (Leasing Apartments) - You will be showing apartments to prospective residents as well as following up via phone, chat or email. You will be expected to convert leads to leases. You'll be comfortable renting "sight unseen" and effectively use digital marketing tools to help you make the sale.
- Customer Service (Assisting Residents) - You will be assisting residents with completing necessary paperwork online, explaining policies to residents, and promptly responding to and resolving resident issues and assist in planning and hosting resident parties.
- Office/Computer Skills - You will be using a computer for all prospect and resident correspondence and tracking. You must also be familiar with Microsoft Office Systems. Experience with Entrata is a plus!
Pay Rate:
$21.00/hr.- $24.00/hr. (Based on Experience) Excellent Bonus Potential.
Schedule:
Monday 10 am to 4 pm
Thursday 10 am to 4 pm
Saturday 10 am to 4 pm
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
