Primary Responsibilities
- Drive customers to their requested destinations and pick them up after their vehicle is repaired.
- Keep a timely shuttle route.
- Assist passengers in getting in and out of vehicles.
- Operate radio or similar devices to communicate with dealership or other vehicles to report status or disruption of service.
- Keep a record of trips including names of passengers and destination or pick-up point.
- Notify the dispatcher or service manager of any service the shuttle vehicle may require, such as oil changes, tires, cleaning, and general maintenance.
- Maintaining a clean vehicle.
- Use good judgment and safe driving skills.
- Delivering excellent customer service.
