The Job
We’re hiring an Equipment Assembly Technician to join our production team. You’ll assemble sterilizers and lab equipment from drawings and wiring diagrams, then test each unit before shipping to the customer. Most days include a mix of mechanical assembly, pulling and laying out components ahead of each build, equipment testing, and keeping work areas clean.
What You’ll Do
- Assemble mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and plumbing systems
- Build from drawings, wiring diagrams, and P&IDs
- Cut, fit, and connect piping and tubing
- Test finished units and correct any issues before shipping
- Keep a clean and safe work area
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on experience building, installing, or servicing equipment or machinery
- Comfortable reading drawings and basic wiring diagrams
- Background in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or industrial maintenance is a plus
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to shop safety
- Able to stand for 8 to 10 hour shifts and lift up to 50 lbs
Pay
$24 to $28 per hour, DOE
