Events Marketing Manager (B2B SaaS)

$100,000-$110,000 benefits

The Company
We're working with a global SaaS business scaling its US presence, with Boston now a key commercial hub (25 people and growing quickly).
The business operates across retail, hospitality, L&D and enterprise environments, working with major global brands. The US team is still relatively early-stage, giving this role strong visibility and impact.
Events are a core driver of pipeline and growth.
The Role
This is not a purely strategic role. This will require someone to be hands-on and execution focused. Success is measured on execution quality, pipeline impact and commercial outcomes.
You'll own the delivery of the US events calendar (trade shows, conferences, hosted dinners and customer activations) working closely with Sales to generate pipeline and engage prospects.
Alongside events, you'll support targeted marketing activity including ABM campaigns, nurture sequences and follow-up.
What you'll do
· Deliver end-to-end B2B events across the US
· Manage logistics, vendors, budgets and timelines
· Partner with Sales on outreach, engagement and follow-up
· Run high-touch customer and prospect activations
· Support ABM campaigns and event-led marketing activity
· Track pipeline, engagement and ROI
About You
· Experience delivering B2B events within SaaS or technology
· Strong execution mindset, comfortable being in the detail
· Experience working closely with Sales teams
· Able to manage multiple projects and priorities at pace
· Confident working with senior stakeholders and customers
· Experience in QSR, retail, HR tech or L&D is helpful, but not essential.
