BDR Team Lead - Boston, MA
Base: $90,000-$110,000 | OTE: 30%

We are working exclusively with a fast-growing, well-funded SaaS business to appoint their first BDR Team Lead in the United States. This is a genuine step-up opportunity - a player-manager role where you will build and lead the US outbound BDR function from the ground up.
Backed by major investors and with a clear path to market leadership, the business is scaling its US outbound motion and needs someone who can sell, coach, and drive standards. You will hire two BDRs almost immediately, with a mandate to grow the team to ten within 12-18 months.
The role
- Run your own outbound activity and carry a personal pipeline target
- Hire, onboard, coach and performance-manage a growing BDR team
- Own pipeline creation, targeting Operational, Divisional and L&D Directors across Hospitality, Retail, Pharma and Professional Services
- Build and refine outbound processes, qualification frameworks and reporting
- Prove the model in the US, with a clear path to leading a team of 10
What we are looking for
- 3-5 years of strong BDR experience with a track record of opening doors and building pipeline
- Solid experience in account-based outreach and a strong grasp of qualification and pipeline creation
- Leadership experience or clear leadership potential - ready for a first management role, or already in one
- Curious, positive and organised - this is a culture-first hire and the bar is high
- Based in or near Boston, with the ability to work from the office 3 days per week
The package
- Base salary: $90,000-$110,000
- OTE: 30%, paid monthly and quarterly
