We are seeking an experienced Boat Detailer to join our growing team. If you have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and take pride in delivering exceptional results, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Wash, wax, compound, and polish boats of various sizes
- Perform oxidation removal and gel coat restoration
- Clean and detail interiors, upholstery, vinyl, and compartments
- Apply ceramic coatings and protective treatments (experience preferred)
- Maintain detailing equipment and ensure a clean work area
- Deliver high-quality work while meeting deadlines
Requirements:
- Previous boat detailing experience required
- Knowledge of marine cleaning products and polishing techniques
- Ability to operate buffers, polishers, and detailing equipment
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Ability to work outdoors and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
