Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitation of vacation rental properties between guest stays, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces.
- Execute detailed floor care tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning to ensure surfaces are spotless and well-maintained.
- Restock supplies like toiletries, linens, towels, and kitchen essentials to meet guest expectations.
- Conduct visual inspections to identify maintenance issues or damages that need attention before new arrivals.
- Follow established cleaning protocols aligned with hospitality standards to guarantee consistency across all properties.
- Maintain organized cleaning supplies inventory and ensure all equipment functions properly for efficient turnover processes.
- Communicate effectively with property managers or team leads regarding any repairs or issues requiring immediate attention.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning services such as hotel housekeeping, janitorial work, or industrial cleaning environments.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results every time.
- RELIABILITY is a must as we have a short window of time to get the properties ready for the next guests.
- Familiarity with hospitality or vacation rental industry standards is preferred.

- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that involve bending, lifting, standing for extended periods and operating cleaning equipment.
