BMS CAT, a leader in disaster restoration, is looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team NOW.
We are seeking individuals with a remediation background who have experience leading a team of restoration and remediation technicians. We are seeking individuals with a remediation background who have experience leading a team of restoration and remediation technicians. Essential Functions
- Support various levels of residential, commercial, catastrophic, and large losses
- Handle water, wind, fire, mold, and other mitigation work, along with basic construction, demolition, and content manipulation
- Schedule and dispatch workers, work crews, equipment, and service vehicles
- Manage and supervise the restoration crews
- Ensure that technicians perform work in keeping with IICRC guidelines
- Confirm that all daily paperwork, including timesheets, is collected
- Make certain all documentation is complete
- This position will require you to be on call
- Three to seven years of experience leading a work crew (remediation/restoration)
- IICRC training and certification preferred (but not required)
- Bilingual is a plus
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to submit to a background check and drug screening
