Position Overview
The Travel & Hospitality Partnership Coordinator will support the development and execution of TikTok GO's travel and hospitality partnerships, creator programs, and external-facing initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of business development and campaign operations β requiring both strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with partners, creators, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Travel & Hospitality Partner Development
Support outreach and relationship management with hotels, tourism destinations, museums, parks, and local experience providers. Assist in structuring cooperation models tailored to each partner β from single creator activations to integrated, long-term influencer programs β and identify opportunities to embed creator content into partners' existing marketing strategies.
Presentations & Partner Materials
Develop and maintain pitch decks and supporting materials for partner meetings and proposals. Responsibilities include compiling creator case studies, incorporating campaign performance data, and ensuring all external-facing materials accurately represent TikTok GO's capabilities and results.
Events & Creator Activations
Coordinate online and offline events including creator visits, destination campaigns, trade show participation, and press trips. Manage logistics end-to-end β partner alignment, scheduling, on-site coordination β to ensure smooth execution and a professional partner experience.
DMO & Tourism Organization Relations
Establish and maintain working relationships with local, state, and federal tourism organizations and destination marketing organizations (DMOs). Identify and develop co-marketing opportunities, public campaigns, and destination-level creator collaborations.
Creator Program Operations
Coordinate with internal creator managers and external agency partners to oversee creator scheduling, on-site content production, and campaign logistics across U.S. markets. Compile post-campaign performance reports and present findings to relevant stakeholders.
Creator Capability Packaging
Support the development of partner-facing materials that communicate TikTok GO's creator network β content verticals, audience reach, and demonstrated campaign results β in a format accessible to partners across the travel and hospitality industry.
Qualifications
- Located in Baltimore, MD (required)
- 0β3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in travel, hospitality, food & beverage, or destination marketing is preferred
- Working knowledge of TikTok and the creator content landscape
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and/or Google Slides
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable in a fast-moving environment
